Elite Surface Pros has my wholehearted recommendation for a tile job of any size or complexity. The store is clean and properly lit. This is important as there is a vast selection of tiles of many styles, sizes, colors and materials from which to choose. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable which made for an exceptional material selection experience. The installers are courteous and experienced - our job was done to perfection. The end-to-end experience with ESP far exceeded our very high expectations. If you are looking for a high-quality tile job at a reasonable price, then Elite Surface Pros is your place!

I had my entire flooring replaced after the old tile in my house started shifting and tenting. We worked with Naty and Josue at Elite Surface Pros to guide us through the process, and they were wonderful. The showroom has plenty of beautiful options to choose from. The quote for the project came back within 2 days. The job was done on time, they communicated throughout the entire process what the status was and if there would be any shift in timeline. Keep in mind I had a large project that consisted of old tile and baseboard moulding removal and installation of all new in a 1,900 sq ft home. They are extremely detailed oriented, not one thing was missed! My new floor and baseboards are flawless! I’m so incredibly pleased with the entire process and experience.

We had a huge mess in our new gym location. 4 different kinds of floors and their crew came in and ripped it all up in one day. The floors look amazing after being ripped up. When the next crew came in and did the floors the gym looked absolutely amazing. The floors are still standing strong and we get constant compliments about it. My grandmother and I worked with Naty, Josue, and his team to install beautiful custom flooring into some old rooms that had experienced some water damage in the old particle board subflooring earlier this year. They demoed the old damaged flooring and installed the new stuff in only two days and did an incredible job. The team was very polite and efficient and we are so glad we decided to go with them for the job.
